Description
A well known Australian client is currently seeking a skilled Salesforce.com Business/Systems Analyst. Headquartered in the Sydney area, this company is looking to bring on the right Salesforce candidate for a long term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside consultancy to re-architect the system
- Supporting the SFDC system across the business
- Scope business transformation projects, develop business cases, document business requirements, develop solution designs and complete gap analysis
- Lead workshops and conduct meetings with clients and technical staff to determine business requirements, processes and workflow
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
- Assist in the development of the support structure
- Train end users and develop support materials
- Provide various Salesforce.com support
Key Requirements
- 2+ years Salesforce.com experience
- Salesforce ADM 201 Certification
- technical background
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Business Analysis
