Description
A global Asset Management firm is looking to recruit an advisor from a legal and compliance background. The firm is about to undertake a massive platform implementation project and they will need somebody to provide advice from a legal and compliance perspective.
Accordingly, the role-filler will need to be well-versed in regulatory change and will have worked in regulatory projects of change across the Investment Management sector in a function overseeing compliance, legal and the technology surrounding it (eg. serving as a compliance advisor on a wrap platform project). The role, however, is not IT-focussed. The ideal candidate will be one who is able to unite extensive compliance expertise with strong experience of regulatory change projects in Asset Management (eg. RDR).
The position reports into the Compliance Manager and is in place to serve an advisory function on a contract basis.
