Change/Project Manager - Integrated Logistics
The role, Change Manager, representing one of Australia's leading Telco's will be responsible for Managing the change processes across multiple on-going projects for this leading Integrated Logistics organisation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as Change Manager working across multiple projects within large, complex Information Systems environments.
Key role and responsibilities include:
- Manage the process for planned outages including: Change Records, Communications, Lead times and quality requirements.
- Document change requests and communicate clearly to all stake holders.
- Manage change justification procedures.
- Risk Management.
- User impact justification.
- Implementation planning.
- Pre/Post-Test Planning.
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects with major Business Process Improvement/Reengineering and Change Management components
- A minimum of 3 years Change Management experience across large complex Information Systems projects.
- Relevant Project Management qualifications/certifications.
- Demonstrable competence/experience in stakeholder management skills at all levels of a complex organisation.
- A strong team player and effective communicator (both written and verbal) capable of collaborating at all levels to ensure delivery and success.
- Strong vendor and contract management capabilities
- Previous experience with a Tier 1 Telecommunications and/or Integrated Logistics organisation.
