Service Help Desk/IT Coordinator Position - Romania
Pyramid's client is looking for Service Help Desk/IT Coordinator for their poject in Bucharest, Romania.
Language required: English and Spanish
Service Desk (L1)
- Knows to use Ticketing and Monitoring tool, concept of queues, creation of ticket, modification/updating tickets, assigning tickets to various resolver groups, eliciting CSATs, Monitoring of alert logs, scheduled jobs, and back up jobs.
- Should be able to do carry out preliminary analysis of alerts/incidents and service requests with assistance from seniors.
- Should demonstrate an effective usage of knowledge base in improving FCR and the response time.
- Should be aware on the Service desk metrics (SLAs), tracking and reporting of the same.
- Should have exposure in handling interactions with customer direct and score better CSATs.
- Entry level position for engineers
- Works under general super vision in trouble-shooting and providing technical and developer support for products/solutions via email, chat etc.
- Makes changes based on client specifications and company standards for installations/enhancements.
- Performs administrative and other duties as assigned.
- Typically interactions are with systems administration teams at client locations.
- Responsible for escalation at the right time to field support/higher levels.
- Expected to be a learning member in a larger team.
