This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique E&P Company in Sydney as the Senior Geologist - New Ventures. The organisation has assets in New Zealand; Australia and are now focusing on the development of S.E Asia opportunities. You will be a strong self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. You will be responsible for the geological evaluation of data to analysis the potential of new venture locations. You will work alongside Geophysicists. Frequent international travel will be required.Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluation of New Ventures
- Negotiation of terms
- Management of geological data
- Updating Kingdom suite
You will have the following attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in Geology
- Significant New Ventures experience with proven track record in the successful management of new prospects
- Ability to work off your own initiative
