Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager who has a successful track record of implementing large scale ICT change strategies and initiatives for an initial 12 month contract based in North Sydney. If you have worked in the compliance space or on compliance projects this would be a bonus!A strong experienced change professional is required who has outstanding communication skills, solid stakeholder and engagement skills.
 
To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 7+ years in a Change Manager role
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management at all levels
  • Highly self motivated and organised
  • Experience implementing large scale change programs across multiple business units/multiple groups.
  • A proven history of delivery in sustainable changes
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience leading a small team
  • Ideally you will come from a consulting or financial services background.
