Scrum Master
Software Development Scrum Master (Agile Environment, .Net, Java App, J2EE)
We currently require a Scrum Master to work the full software development life cycle, carefully monitoring and controlling through each phase from initiation to closure. Suitable applicants will have: 6+ years in a similar project management role, fast paced service delivery environment; Agile development tools proficiency; Experience managing multiple projects at one time; experience managing technical resources; hands on experience in producing and grooming backlog, creating release plans etc.; experience working with technical project management teams; experience and exposure to some of the following technologies - .Net, SQL, Java App, J2EE; ability to work with 3rd party vendors; excellent communication skills both verbal and written English.
You will be responsible for: Daily Scrums; Sprint Planning; Conducting Lessons Learned Sessions and ensuring feedback is used for subsequent sprints; Arranging Sprint Demos; Providing input and action process changes when required; Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, cost and required quality; Co-ordinating and communicating with project resources; measuring progress and monitoring performance; Risk Management including escalation and resolution; Post project implementation review to document lessons learnt.
AS THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE E.U YOU WILL NEED A RELEVANT VISA/WORK PERMIT TO BE CONSIDERED.
