Description
My client is a top tier Investment Bank undergoing significant, high profile people, process and systems change. As part of this programme of change initiatives they are initiating a regulatory greenfield change programme and require a number of Decision Makers for this programme.
This programme is a past business review of Interest Rate hedging products and a deep review of client positions and testimonies.
The role of the Decision Maker will be to liaise with clients of the bank and review their positions. The Decision Maker will support regulatory resource and the Client Engagement team.
Essential:
- Ability to make commercial decisions
- Experience of dealing with SME Businesses (Small to Medium Size Enterprises)
- Knowledge of commercial lending structures
- Ability to work in high pressure environments
- Knowledge of hedging products such as Swaps and Structured Products
- Ability to optimise the client experience
