A leading Blue Chip with a reputation for excellence is looking for a Service Delivery/Vendor Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
Skills and Experience
- Experience of delivering and developing vendor management relationship strategies with major suppliers/partners
- Able to balance creativity with strategic thinking and commercial/financial acumen.
- Ability to think and work at an industry level and network appropriately.
- Experienced commercial and interpersonnel negotiator and excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate, assess and understand performance across the company
- Significant experience of working with and influencing senior management teams and business and operational stakeholders.
- In depth knowledge of negotiation and supplier management approaches and techniques
- In depth understanding of emerging trends, developments and current issues facing the UK retail financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate/assess and prioritise businesses cases and benefits realisation.
- Strong knowledge of the market place and competitor sourcing strategies
- Understanding and awareness of external economic drivers for business change and growth.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment in the finance industry.
