This large and highly prestigious Government Department is looking for an SAP ABAP Developer to be responsible for the analysis, design, development and testing of software, implementation and post-implementation support, software maintenance, etc.
This is a pivotal role in the department and your core responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Implementing SAP SRM as the department's Procurement Management System solution
- Web Dynpro customization and configuration
- SAP Workflow development
- Development using SRM-MDM Catalogue 3.0
- SAP Process Integration services development
- SAP Portal Development
To be considered for this great opportunity you must demonstrate the following:
- Successful completion in a hands-on development capacity of at least two SAP development projects and at least one SRM development project (ideally with SRM 7.0)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage large workloads and multitask effectively
- Ability to organize and co-ordinate work for self and ensure less experienced developers are mentored and coached in SRM and MDM development
On offer to the successful applicant will be a 9 month contract at highly attractive rates
