Mechanical Design Engineer - 6 months - Midlands
My client is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract. The start date for this role is ASAP
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Excellent working knowledge of Unigraphics NX
- Solid Mechanical Engineering Background
- Recent experience in working in the defence/marine industry
- Naval architecture and structural design experience is essential
- Must have experience of working with rotating equipment (pumps/motors)
- Must have experience of working on high tolerance machining, exotic materials and high surface finish
- Experience of zero "ghost" tolerance
