Client Relationship Manager - Decision Maker, Sales, IRD, IRS.
A leading Bank is looking for a number of Client Relationship Managers to asses a number of their SME clients. The role will consist of looking at the sales of IRS and IRD to a vairety of clients and decide on a framework for appropriate redress terms and value that the client should receive, if the current product has been mis-sold.
The successful candidate with come from a Client Relationship/Sales background and will have commercial understanding and appreciation of interest rate hedging products for SME's. Experience of, and ability to, conduct challenging client meetings (often in the presence of client's advisers) involving negotiation and mediation skills. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of UK SME client space - experience of assessing typical SME client borrowing requirements/structures and face to face engagement with SME's.
