Description
Construction Project Manager required with previous experience of working for the MOD essential. Must have experience in managing large construction projects including the design stage. Ideally Building Services electrical or mechanical background. Previous experience in sectors such as Civil and structural, physical security, mechanical and electrical. The project involves managing stakeholders and interfaces both internal and external.
Formal qualifications in one of the following IET, IMechE, CIBSE, ICE, CIOB, RICS, APM, RIBA.
Ideally located in the Midlands, commutable Birmingham, Lichfield, Stafford, Tamworth
