Description
Minimum 5 years product management experience Degree or equivalent in a Marketing-related discipline
Experience of the fixed and/or mobile sector an advantage, but experience of product development and management processes within a similar industry will be considered.
Work closely with Segments & Propositions Teams in defining business needs for planning period
Prepare, agree and implement business cases for voice and bundle launches, price changes and product enhancements via the company Product Development Process
Implement required regulatory compliance processes and ensure all products are compliant with relevant voice telephony directives.
Build relationships across the Product Management, Group Technology, Billing, Pricing, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing organisations.
Set up agreed promotions and manage the supporting reference data
Create and maintain a user manual for creation of bundled offerings
Gain the product knowledge necessary to implement promotions and new bundled offerings on Legacy systems
