Description
- Minimum 5 years product management experience Degree or equivalent in a Marketing-related discipline
- Experience of the fixed and/or mobile sector an advantage, but experience of product development and management processes within a similar industry will be considered.
- Work closely with Segments & Propositions Teams in defining business needs for planning period
- Prepare, agree and implement business cases for voice and bundle launches, price changes and product enhancements via the company Product Development Process
- Implement required regulatory compliance processes and ensure all products are compliant with relevant voice telephony directives.
- Build relationships across the Product Management, Group Technology, Billing, Pricing, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing organisations.
- Set up agreed promotions and manage the supporting reference data
- Create and maintain a user manual for creation of bundled offerings
- Gain the product knowledge necessary to implement promotions and new bundled offerings on Legacy systems
