In this role located in the Druid Hills area, you will coordinate user acceptance testing. Coordination efforts include working with the Business Team as well as the Project Team. This position will report directly to the Project Manager.
The successful candidate will:
- Be the primary point of contact for user acceptance testing
- Review documented business requirements
- Coordinate with the business unit and the project team
- Develop test scenarios and test scripts to validate the business requirements are met and business processes are validated
- Work with project team on the prioritization and sequencing of user acceptance tests based upon readiness
- Document the results of the UAT process and report status to all stakeholders
- Identify and report any risks that affect the UAT schedule
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years extensive experience developing user acceptance testing plans
- Strong knowledge of the testing process, specifically user acceptance testing
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and specifically UAT process and test methodologies
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Process oriented, detailed person with solid organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
PLUS Skills:
- Experience in business analyst role translating business needs into Use Cases, Process Diagrams, Functional and Non-Functional Specs/Requirement Documents
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodology and tools
- Working knowledge of Quality Center
