Process Operator

Introduction

The sector TF is responsible for the production of wafer steppers and scanners. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing. Purpose of the Processing & Metrology lab is to supply waferprocessing services (coat/develop/recycle) for production process. The structures on the exposed wafers, required for the scanner calibration and qualification, are measured and qualified with a SEM and Yieldstar.

Job Mission

The Process Operator is responsible to process requests for internal customers as well as for the field. Processing of wafers includes coating, developing, cleaning and defectivity measurements of wafers.

Job Description

In this position the Operator is responsible for the quality, quantity and availability of wafers. Handles priorities and communicates with internal customer about service requests/expectations. Works according instructions and registers executed tasks. Monitors and adjusts process and equipment performance. Proposes and initiates process/product improvements. Makes sure internal stocklevels are available

Education

Vocational Training, preferable MLO or MTS Process.

Experience

4+ years of relevant work experiences.

Personal skills

Works well in teams Is able to be self-supporting (in the night shift) Good communications skills Able to gain and maintain changing (new) knowledge on product, process, equipment and safety aspects. Transfer knowledge to others. Masters teamwork Good communication skills and service oriented. Analytical, structural, focused way of working is required.

Context of the position

The process operator reports to Teamleader Processing and Metrology and manages Wafer Processing Requests. Internal interfaces with M&P Delivery Operations, Development & Engineering, Proto, Process Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering and Equipment Support.

Other Information

This position is in 5-shift to support Scanner Qualification and increase/maximize Processlab equipment and resources.
