Within the Online Sales Department we are looking for an experienced online designer, both in graphic and interaction design well explains. You work in the Team Sales Conversion. With a small team you are on a daily basis working on optimizing the conversion within the various online channels of the organization. You try out your expertise up to contribute to the online sale of products and services and generate leads. You put the customer first and lose no time the sales figures from the eye. On a weekly basis, you two look at the numbers, you analyze visitor behavior and the test results and are you doing everything possible in the field of graphic and interaction design to further increase the conversion.
Your work consists
* The design of commercial online expressions and concepts and their effects in user flows, interaction design and a functional description. Within the sale conversion team is also responsible for the (graphic) designing the concepts.
* The continuous optimization of the usability online serving higher sales and attracting leads for various products and services of Essent.
* Together with fellow graphic and interaction designers within the department the current user friendliness and design to a higher level.
* Contribute to the creative process to create innovative creative campaign concepts.
Business Knowledge
* You have 5-10 years experience in this field (as an interaction designer, graphic designer, or in the field of user-centered design principles)
* Have experience working in an e-commerce environment: you are commercial, driven and have an informed opinion, you come up with their own initiatives and proposals for improvement.
* You need at least HBO working and thinking.
* Extensive knowledge of Internet trends and opportunities.
* You may well work in a team and get your energy here.
* You can demonstrate that you have achieved success in sales and conversieverghogend online design.
