Our direct client is looking for a Sr C#.NET Developer for a long-term 6 month renewable contract.

Role description:
This team fields incidents/problems for our Customer Datawarehouse and email systems. This resource will be part of a 10 person team responding to incidents/problems. This role will provide daytime on-call incident management and response, problem management, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
This is a tier 2 incident management position. The ideal candidate will have experience trouble-shooting and resolving medium level-incidents. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with C#; .NET development using Visual Studio tools; SQL Server database; ETL tools (SSIS or equivalent). Experience with release and software changes processes, such as SDLC, is desired. ITIL methodologies experience a plus.
