Business Review Officer, Complaints, FPC/CEFA, Investment Products, Redress Calculations
My Banking Client is looking for Review Officers to join their team to work upon Investment product related complaints.
The products involved will largely be pensions products, along with other forms of regulated investment products - experience working with such products is therefore essential.
Professional Qualifications in CEFA and/or FPC are also essential requirements.
Experience upon redress calculations within Financial Services is also necessary.
