My client is looking for a committed and passionate Account director/producer with a strong eCRM background to look after one of their major client accounts. you should have good leadership skills to drive the day to day running of the account and an entrepreneurial spirit that will help to drive the account forward by looking for new opportunities. This role requires someone who can own strategically and responsibly the day to day running of the account, dealing with senior clients and mentoring the 2 x account managers that also work on the account. The nature of the work also requires an interest and ability in data segmentation and targeting as well as results analysis to ensure continual optimisation. An interest in the gaming industry would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities:

* To be responsible for revenue and billing management including forecasts and continual monitoring of burn across the whole account.
* It is the Account director's responsibility to support the Senior Account Director in identifying and developing growth opportunities and oversee the implementation
* To understand and look to resolve or escalate any project management issues that may impact billing and profitability milestones
* Ensure all billing is handled on a timely basis.
* To develop a deep understanding of the client's business, issues and objectives
* To understand and identify learning's from the statistical reporting, competitor reviews and general industry knowledge
* To focus on converting client development opportunities through the client as well as through the clients organisation
* To be able to generate ideas, write proposals and demonstrate ability to sell in the work

Skills and Experience:

* 3 to 5 years agency/client experience
* Integrated or digital background
* Experience of localisation/working across multiple markets would be an advantage
* Interest of or experience in planning/creating content for the gaming industry (in any form) would be ideal.
* A good understanding of database marketing and experience in segmentation and targeting.
