We are currently recruiting for experienced Administrators to join the UK's largest telecommunications company in the stock integrity Department.

The Stock Integrity team is critical to the Central Operations in Retail across our clients three brands. It is responsible for owning and driving support to stores to maintain accuracy of the stock inventory system in store with the central "view" thus allowing for sales to be maximised through strong on shelf availability

The purpose of this role will be to investigate and then correct to clear all sales errors that occur in the SAP POS-DM system.

Must have:
Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
Experience of managing Frontline outbound & inbound Communications and service resolution.
Able to analyse detailed and complex business information and interpret within a Retail Environment.
Able to keep calm in a crisis; and work under a high degree of pressure
Detailed completer finisher
High level of personal integrity
Keen eye for detail and concern for accuracy
Ability to prioritise and manage the resolution of multiple issues simultaneously

Nice to have:
An understanding of the telecommunications industry
SAP Trained with experience of SAP stock management operations
Experience of operational processes (stock inventory control in a complex system driven Retail environment)

Hours: Full time
Pay Rate: £10 per hour
Length of assignment: Temporary - ongoing
