For our customer we are looking for a person with a long and successful track record of delivering and managing activities and solutions related to SAP Finance and other tools applicable as part of the Finance process.

Job description:
On the business side, key stakeholders are CFO and Financial Shared Services communities, including process owners and management up to CFO level.
On the IT side, key stakeholders are internal IT people with deep application knowledge, external vendors with application management and project responsibilities, as well as business and IT architecture owners throughout the global organization.

As change is driven mostly through projects, the bodies initiating and overseeing projects and projects interdependencies are also key stakeholders.

The Business Process Consultant will primarily work with the early phases of improvements:
Key contributor and/or leader in project pre-studies (project management, requirements gathering and analysis, creating basic material for stakeholder decisions etc)
General process, functionality, and solution support to key business stakeholders prioritizing and working with improvement initiatives
Help defining high-level scope and plans for potential projects based on strategic direction and business requirements
Business process and functional development advisor to business
Strong solution advisor role
Project management support and guidance with general best practices and expertise within own area. Value and quality assurance in projects, especially related to the business-IT interface.
Input to business and technical architecture (both contents and structure)
Input to strategic roadmap.
Functional and process input to several ITIL processes, such as the Service Design and Service Operations processes
Facilitator and driver for IT-related decisions in business organization
Project steering group member

Required skills:
University education (eg Bachelor in Business Administration or similar)
High creditability on business side
Long experience of SAP Finance and some of the related modules (FICO, PS, BI, SD, MM, SRM, WF, RM-CA, HR, ) as a functional consultant
Deep knowledge of Finance business processes
Experience from the Credit Scoring and Debt Collection business processes is seen as an advantage
Long experience of team lead and project lead roles.
Good knowledge of project methodologies, track record of imposing structured methodology and quality to ways of working in projects
Experience of off-shore projects
Personal skills
Excellent communication skills - with business, IT and top management
Telecom experience ideally
Strong analytical skills
Good track record of delivering high results on time
Experience of multi-cultural project teams
Leadership skills
Fluent in English
