Our client is looking for talented, strategic, senior-level consultants to join our existing Cross-Channel Strategy and Planning team. This is an exciting initiative and the client is in need of individuals with solid cross-channel experience and leadership skills.
Looking for 5+ years of experience with User Experience.
- Perform Formative Research
- Create Concept Maps
- Create Experience Blueprints
- Assist in coordination input into integrated planning activities
- Design and define product-specific cross-channel experiences
- Provide oversight to ensure experience integrity across channels and touch points (web, mobile, call center, in-store, in-home)
- Build partnerships across the enterprise (marketing, store ops and customer service)
- Facilitate workshops to document customer journeys
- Create experience blueprints that define future state customer scenarios
- Help coordinate integrated experience plans
- Provide input to strategic product road maps and partner with product owners to ensure realization across cross channel experience strategies
