Job description for the Senior Test Manager:
Program Information:
The program is Responsible for the disentanglement of his company and department. The department must have an initial build workplace That Satisfies the requirements and the department must have rolled out this build to all of its 5,500 users. In addition, the department must be providing all services required to maintain the operational status of this build.
The current CEDS workplace solution is not suited for the future needs of the department. Therefore a new workplace solution has to be selected and implemented.
Key areas of accountability for the Senior Test Manager:
Creation/Selection of test products to facilitate testing activities for POC Workplace Solution
Planning and execution of test activities for WPS Migration
Advise on and executed EUC WPS test processes/activities
Organise and execute component integration testing, migration testing and user acceptance testing with business users.
Establishing requirements for proof of concept and the design of the POC environment regarding SCCM Infrastructure/Software Distribution
Serve as a technical contact on projects as assigned
Responsible for all changes in test methodology used
Advise on test approach using software packages (AppV/MSI) for WPS proof of concept
Resolve all open issues and Findings found constantly testing activities
Hands-on execution or POC and acceptance tests
Skills and Competences for the Senior Test Manager:
5 + years related work experience.
Experience with migrations, zoals installation and troubleshooting, or Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft AppV, Microsoft MSI, SCCM in a large corporate environment.
Testing (Management) 3 + year related work experience
Ability to create and execute test product (Hand-on)
Experience in working in project (estimation or timelines, costs, etc.)
Good documentation skills and communication skills
Working with business (testers)
Experience of working with vendors/related projects
A passion for technology and a "can-do" attitude.

Eye for detail and quality.
Flexible/Self Starter on ownership and responsibly
Works well Within a team.
Must be Able to manage own time successfully.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies on own initiative.

English language is required
Additional information:
You must be prepared to travel Internationally and printable for about 75% of your professional time as you will be located for the Project Readiness CRE in other countries (Spain, Turkey, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania) when on -site support or maintenance is required when remote management is not possible or suitable.
