Scope of Tasks:
Supply management experience with direct procurement of airlines business. Operational procurement and workflow integration understanding. Knowledge in interface integration requirements description and support in interface development. Purchase workflow experience would be an advantage.
Focus on simplification and unification of purchase functions across direct procurement departments.
Requirements:Pre-requisites, we need people with 7+ years of experience in passengers airline focused on core processes of operations and connected with direct operational procurement.
The processes to be covered are:
Catering, fuel, cargo, ground handling, and procurement of maintenance, therefore the applicants must have a proven implementation track record of catering, fuel, cargo and or, ground handling, and procurement of maintenance, as they will be expected to run workshops on these subjects. Please note MRO specialists are not requested.
The suitable people must be able to undertake interactive business requirements gathering, through workshops open consultative workshops and be able to map these requirements into SAP solutions.
