A high profile UK charity is currently seeking an Interim Internal Communications Manager to support a major transformation initiative.

Engaging all stakeholders across the organisation you will ensure change readiness is delivered by embedding communications and engagement strategies to support new ways of working.

As the Internal Communications Manager you will develop communication materials across a range of channels to support the entire programme team, whilst also developing an internal engagement strategy and appropriate delivery mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Broad Internal Communication experience, ideally across both the Public and Private sector
  • Proven track record of developing and embedding change plans
  • Excellent consulting, facilitation, communications, training and team building skills
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
