This is a PC Migration coordinator position for this customers North American sites. This job requires meticulous record keeping so that inquiries can be replied to quickly.

Customer service, and communication skills need to be second nature as this role requires regular contact with the customers, technicians, management and the operations team. Works with the customers to collect data. The candidate will be sitting in the same room as the PC technicians and will need to lead and direct them to stay on schedule and perform the proper due diligence with the customer.

This is the main contact point for all migration questions or escalations. Knowledge of Excel is expected. Needs to be able to successfully multi-task handling multiple activities smoothly and calmly as the face of ATOS to the customer.

Requires a high school diploma with at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Expert typing skills and familiarity with computers a must. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected to continue to refine and make more efficient the current process. Will report to an off-site manager.

This could be a high-stress job if not done well, but it is critical to the success of our business. HWSW ordering and process, migrations, maintaining excellent documentation on call cases. High visibility position.

Excellent organization and communication skills are a must.
Knowledge of Clarify and Lotus Notes is a plus.
More analytical, but some tech skills are needed to understand imaging, customer needs, software installs, etc.
