CRM CONSULTANT/CRM LEAD/CRM EXPERT/SENIOR CRM TELCO CONSULTANT/CRM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
Our international client is looking for an SAP CRM Functional Consultant to start working on a contract position straight away. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a TAX FREE zone for a year. Please have a look at the details below as it shows what is required from the ideal candidate.
The CRM consultants need to be to cover the following:
- O2C Offer Management
- O2C Order Capturing
- O2C Order Processing and Monitoring
- O2C Fulfilment
- Account Management
- CI Credit & Collection Management
- CI Financial Customer Care and Dispute Management.
Telco exp is mandatory as consultant will be involved in all of the projects life cycle from Blueprinting to Go Live. The language required is English and the working pattern would be 4 weeks onsite, 1 week remote.
