SAP CRM consultant with Telecommunications industry experience needed for 1 year contract in Riyadh, KSA, starting ASAP.Project language is English
Scope of Tasks:
The CRM consultants need to be to cover the following:
O2C Offer Management
O2C Order Capturing
O2C Order Processing and Monitoring
O2C Fulfillment Account Management
CI Credit & Collection Management
CI Financial Customer Care and Dispute Management.
Telco experience is mandatory.
Consultants will be involved in all of the projects life cycle from Blueprinting to Go Live.
Location/working pattern would be 4 weeks onsite, 1 week remote.
