Description
1. 8+ years experience in Fixed Access Network operations (MPLS,Voice, data, IPTV)
2. Very good ability to manage a team and fullfil service level agreement.
3. Have experience for high level technical troubleshooting, expecially for network performance and serivces related.
4. Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases.
5. Product level experience in Access Switches and Routers (Huawei, Cisco,juniper)
6. Have the abiltiy to track effectively the top import newtowrk issues and customer's requirement
7.Good under standing of Access solutions MSAN/DSLAM, GPON,IPDSLAM etc..
8. Be very good at making PPT slides and giving presentaion to customer high management.
9. Good understanding of change management, comfiguration management, fault management in IP Access domain
