Oracle Financials, Business Analyst, Oracle R12, GL, AR, AP, Cash Management
Oracle Financials Analyst required with the following skills and experience:
- You are a qualified accountant
- You have experience on the following finance process: GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, ebtax, AGIS and Procurement
- You have experience as end user functional support in Oracle R12 with strong knowledge of AR, Cash Management, AGIS, WEB ADI, Fixed Assets
- APRO knowledge is an asset
- You are able to work under pressure and can cope with strict deadlines, you have a hands on approach
Role and Responsibilities:
Business Analyst Role:
- Your role will be to perform the analysis, testing and set-up of enhancement requests; for example: set up new company/currency or migration of a company to Oracle; extended support Oracle patches; set up new process for Facilities fixed assets.
- You will collect and write the detailed business requirements, ensure that all required documentation is updated and coordinate the User Testing.
- The role includes (non exhaustive list): user training, review user guides, best practices implementation and challenging of current processes, review customisation.
Daily support Role:
- Provide support to end-users and ensure best practices
- Monitor the interfaces
- Administer the accesses
- Control the notification flows
- Develop ad-hoc queries using SQL (Toad tool)
- Solve issues and questions received by ESD tickets (300 tickets per month)
