Flash/Flex Lead Developer

Contract (6 month) Dublin City Centre

Are you an experienced Flash Developer with leadership skills or an experienced developer with offshore experience looking to step into a lead role, then Vantage has the perfect contract for you.

Vantage Resources are looking for an experienced Flash/Flex/Actionscript Developer to work on web based online interactive content. There is a preference for managing or liaising with offshore teams.

Experience required:-
- Degree in Computer Science or Multimedia/Web Design, or comparable industry experience
- A minimum of 1 years proven leadership/management experience of technical teams.
- At least 5+ years as an Interactive Developer
- Thorough experience with dynamic, interactive content
- Excellent debugging skills
- Flash, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Flex, Air
- Must be able to work in a team of Flash developers (both internal and external) on multiple projects simultaneously
