SUMMARY:
Candidate will be responsible for medical communication and scientific publications strategies and implementations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and execution of strategic medical communication and publication plan which includes the strategy for dissemination of PCH data through publications; Medical education and scientific meetings; Leading publication sub-team; Driving the execution of the communications plan; Ensuring adequate resource allocation; Developing SOPs and processes; Sustaining optimal external relationships with KOLs; Working effectively with cross functional teams including Clinical, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Safety and Product Development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree in Life Sciences. At least 5 YEARS of experience in Pharmaceutical industry with communication skills, publication planning and KOL management experiences, and team play and cross-functional collaboration spirits. Financial management and prior vendor experiences are a plus.
MOST CRITICAL SKILLS NEEDED ARE:
Medical communications, scientific publications, and project management skills with at least 2 years experience in pharmaceutical industry; Proficient in Microsoft applications, and experience in publication applications such as DataVision is plus.
