Bilingual Training Specialist

Skills:

Summary:
Deliver superior training services for clients on current products with emphasis on role of employee as it relates to the product and employee's job role. Responsible for training our client's trainers and end users to successfully learn the functionalities of our solution; enable them to apply and practice what they have been taught, help learners retain and transfer the knowledge they have gained, and integrate performance with other skills and knowledge. Deliver training courses and materials in client's local language. You will be creating training documentation when not travelling - will be creating them in Spanish. 50-75% travel. You can be based out of Atlanta, Houston, Texas or Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer training needs, plan, and manage training delivery.
  • Prepare training materials, setup training environments, and conduct training courses.
  • Conduct client TTT sessions on site and assist in the development, upgrade and maintenance of courseware.
  • Enhance certification programs for customer Train-the-Trainer (TTT) candidates.
  • Responsible for researching, writing, editing and gathering content for training, including producing and updating client training materials.
  • Work with project team to determine customer's deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in both classroom and web-based delivery of training.
  • Experience with developing instructor-led, web based, and self-learning training materials, hands-on exercises, and certification examinations.
  • Proven excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, and customer management skills.
  • Strong learning/instruction, problem solving, innovation, multi-tasking, and IT/technical skills.
  • Track record of working independently and in teams to meet deadlines, while maintaining quality.
  • Ability and flexibility to sustain a travel-centric work style across North America, Europe, and worldwide.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in training and development in software solutions.
  • Project management skills and experience training in Latin America a plus.
