On a daily basis you will be responsible for;
- Deploying, configuring and troubleshooting Symantec upgrades
- Ensuring all compliance activities are delegated and organised;
- High awareness of individual customer service levels when dealing with problems.
- Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures as required
- Symantec Anti-Virus knowledge, configuration and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Win2k, Win2k3, Win2k8) and networking principles.
- Depth knowledge on virus, malware clean-ups and preventions
- Security certifications are beneficial
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
