Leading Asia Pacific Professional Services firm requires a Symantec Security Engineer for an initial 3 month contract based in the CBD of Sydney.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for;
  • Deploying, configuring and troubleshooting Symantec upgrades
  • Ensuring all compliance activities are delegated and organised;
  • High awareness of individual customer service levels when dealing with problems.
  • Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures as required
To be successful you will;
  • Symantec Anti-Virus knowledge, configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of  Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Win2k, Win2k3, Win2k8) and networking principles. 
  • Depth knowledge on virus, malware clean-ups and preventions 
  • Security certifications are beneficial 
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
