We are currently looking for a Training Communications Manager for an initial 3-6 months based in Newport, South Wales.
The successful applicant will possess the following;
- Track record in Financial Services or Insurance.
- Background involved in both Internal Communications and Training.
- Understanding of TNA (Training Needs Analysis), end to end process and Delivery.
- Strong communication skills and Stakeholder management.
- Experience communications and liasiing with large audiences, running workshops and meetings.
