An exciting opportunity working for a leading Oil & Gas company based in Aberdeen supporting a Global Leader. An ideal candidate will have experience within an Executive PA position and looking to develop within a fast moving varied position. The candidate must have strong experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other Microsoft suites.
Responsibilities
- Project support and co-ordination
- Internal and company communication
- Data management and report preparation
- Calendar and travel Management
- Budgeting support
- Ensuring meeting minutes are recorded and communicated to the appropriate parties
Qualifications
- Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- PA experience
- Worked within a Project environment
THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE STRONG Microsoft Suite EXPERIENCE.
