My client is a large bank based in Birmingham. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner to step into a growing and dynamic team with great opportunity for career progression.
Description:
*Finance Business Partner for the support functions of Commercial Banking including: Marketing, Strategic Implementation, Product Management, Franchise Unit, Finance, Internal Control, and the Office of the Head of Commercial Banking.
*Analysis, tracking, coordination and presentation of UK investment cases and sustainable save commitments.
*Critical review and analysis and challenge of UK business cases including attending the UK Change and IT Management Group.
*Insightful analysis and review of UK managed costs trends to assist the business in understanding performance and to help identify sustainable savings.
*Finance coordinator for the Group Finance Project with responsibilities including: training requirements, coordination of user acceptance testing, and scoping of end user requirements.
*Deputy for the Head of Business Performance and Planning on the Operational Risk and Control Committee, and provision of finance support to the Head of Internal Control.
*A key member of the Finance cost team with all the associated responsibilities around performance analysis, profit estimates and planning.
*A substantial amount of ad hoc analysis and presentations as required
