Duration: 3 months
Rate: £400-£500 per day
Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Analyst (PPI) for a 3 month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
Working as a Senior Analyst (PPI) the jobholder will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:
- Carry out Root Cause Analysis on PPI policies sold and validate customer segments that may be eligible for redress.
- Analysis of the PPI sales process.
- Carry out a gap analysis of the sales process and review sales and complaint documents.
- Communicate and liaise with stakeholders at a senior level.
- Shape and scope the future work required for any potential redress that is required.
Skills Required:
The successful candidates must have:
- Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory documents.
- Analysis skills - particularly in assimilating data and identifying trends.
- Must be able to carry out Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of FOS and FSA regulations and the regulatory framework.
- Specialist in Payment Protection Insurance
