Complete Description:
Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical mobile/web software solutions, utilizing appropriate software development methodologies. Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. Develop mobile-based applications and solutions. Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Act as a team leader as related to developing programming and development standards for mobile platforms. Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent in mobile technologies.
Behavior Characteristics:
Development of a mobile version of the client Web Site.
Successful completion of new projects involving both the Intranet and Internet utilizing mobile technologies and solutions.
Support internal processes such as Intranet Web Sites.
