Able to direct and monitor staff on workflows pertaining to staffing and data entry into scheduling and payroll systems

Ability to communicate clearly, understand existing workflows and assessing effectiveness of operations

Meet with staff and nursing managers on daily operations of staffing office, assist with systems issues and workflow issues, data management on daily productivity, staff accountability
