My client is a leading motorsport organisation who is expanding at a very good rate working on F1, motorsport and commercial applications within the automotive sector, they are now seeking skilled Mechanical Design Engineers to assist with their high influx of exciting hybrid projects and the F1 peak, below are some of the specifications of the role for you to review.
Duties include
*Component design using 3D CAD software
*Completion and release of engineering drawings
*Design & development of rig and test equipment
*Fault resolution
*Data transfer to customers
*Management of customer build specifications
*Management of CAD assemblies structures
Qualifications
*Relevant engineering degree or equivalent design experience in F1 or comparable formula
Skills
*Good communications skills essential
*Experience of solid modelling and detail drafting essential
*NX experience an advantage
*Experience in transmissions or hydraulic systems design desirable
