Project Description:This position will be responsible to ensure a smooth and timely transition from NORAD OOM submission to PO creation. This position has three main parts: PO Creation, PO Maintenance, and Vendor Management. This position is needed to support the processing of purchase orders and budget forecasts in support of NSB, SAO, 1C, and Special Projects.
Job Description:
The individual will be required to export PORTs from NORAD, enter requisition requests in Oracle, run PO discover reports, and update Finance Excel Templates. This process is repeated for hundreds of projects and expert organizational and excel skills are a must.
