The client is a major European bank with offices in Brussels. The coach will be part of a coaching team whose main task is to implement a new corporate release and configuration management process. Coaching sessions are planned by the coach and the pupil. They are tracked using a specific implementation report. The AAA method is the one in use (Act, Assist and Answer).
The coaches will provide training to Project Managers (Release, Configuration, Change, Problem, Incident, QA Solution Delivery and DC Managers).
