Job Description
- Minimum of 12+ years with experience in IT/ERP systems
- Should possess above 8+ years experience in the area of OSS/BSS system and system integration testing.
- Knowledge of service assurance, activation and billing systems for multi-services and multi-vendor communication networks.
- Monitor effectiveness of SLAs, operating standards, end-to-end business processes and key interfaces between Wipro and the client
- Identify, escalate and lead resolution of issues identified around SLAs or quality of service delivered to customer.
- Provide reporting to management as required, consolidating reports and integrating with any additional KPIs/reporting required.
- Experienced Program Management & excellent communication skills.
- End to end test strategy.
- Must be able to speak Italian language
