The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced contact centre professional to review and rewrite all of the organisations call scripts across sales, service, claims and resolicitation calls. The end goal is to deliver a first class customer service through a call that feels attentive, personal and warm whilst ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an expert contact centre scriptwriter whose experience has been gained ideally with in the insurance sector. Experience with in other large, regulated industries such as financial services, telecoms and utilities are also of interest. You will have comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of developing all components that make a successful call, such as customer service delivery, soft skills and regulatory responsibilities.
