A tier 1 financial institution has an opening for a Busienss Analyst in FX
The programme sits within Derivatives Clearing Services, therefor direct exposure to either ETD or OTC Derivatives Client Clearing is essential.
Essential Experience:
* FX experience essential, ideally in non-deliverable forwards instrument.
Experience:
* Specific experience in OTC derivatives or Exchange Traded derivatives clearing business
* Experienced in applying proven methodologies, especially agile delivery methodology, standards and tools in the preparation of Business Requirement Definitions, User Acceptance Testing, system conversions and implementation.
* Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment together with extensive and deep business analysis experience on an end to end platform.
* Knowledge and previous experience in area of deployment.
* Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development is extremely useful but not essential for this role.
* Knowledge of/experience of working within an 'agile' delivery environment is a benefit.
* Excellent relationship management and networking skills - within the team and with external stakeholders and sponsors at senior levels within the organisation.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to target effectively target messages to different audiences.
* International experience or experience of dealing with international resources.
* Excellent 360 degree communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Structured approach to business analysis including promoting and ensuring adherence to the project management framework defined by the OTC Clearing Programme.
* Recognised business analysis qualification would be beneficial eg 6 Sigma
