*Communications Manager*
An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Insurance Organisation of ours for a Communications Manager.
Objectives of Role:
To ensure that all Dominate internal and external stakeholders are aware, informed, engaged and actively supporting Dominate in a way that will enable the programme to realise its intended benefits.
Accountabilities and Core Activities:
*Facilitate a range of sessions with key stakeholders to understand the stakeholder groups essential to the programme's success determining the required owners, actions, priorities and deadlines for the effective management of these groups
*Document the outcomes of the meetings in the form of a stakeholder engagement strategy and communications plan that are readily understood and accessible for all stakeholders in the programme
*Develop communications principles, standards and critical success factors to ensure that internal change is effectively managed and external stakeholders are effectively engaged; educate the players as to these standards to ensure adoption
*Manage the execution of the internal and external communications plan to ensure that communications and engagement occurs in a coherent and coordinated manner where key messages and outcomes are stipulated from the outset and key to the players involved
*Monitor the effectiveness of communication ensuring that people are learning and continuously improving the way they communicate and engage with others
Deliverables:
*Stakeholder engagement strategy (internal)
*Internal and external communications plan encompassing the life cycle of the programme including all stakeholder/distributor/client groups built around major events/milestones to achieve internal change management and external engagement
