Job description for the Senior Application Manager:
As an Application Manager in the Global Market Access team, you will be responsible for the availability, stability and performance of complex trading and pricing applications and systems. The position for the Senior Application Manager involves technical and functional troubleshooting, onboarding projects and liaising with end-users regarding requests. You'll providence second line support & maintenance activities on cross-border cross-asset trading applications. Also you'll have an active participation on projects extending the platform's capabilities and functional purpose, manage the implementation of software releases. You'll will propose innovation and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
You will be working on large projects with a complex. As an experienced Application Manager in a trading environment, you won't need to be told what terms like Repos, Derivatives and Rates & Credits mean.
Knowledge/Experience for the Senior Application Manager:
A Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business Information Technology or Computer Sciences
Senior experience in application management (minimum 5 years);
Experience with Trading, Market Making, Contribution and pricing systems;
Experience with functional and technical application management (ITIL) is a preference;
Experience with state of the art IT technology (hardware, software, development tools, database management systems, monitoring tools).
